Our team of Educational Facilitators and collaborators are dedicated to helping students reach their full potential through thoughtful, individualized support. With strong experience and backgrounds and a passion for teaching, our team works closely with each student to identify strengths, address challenges, and build essential skills. We believe meaningful growth happens when students feel understood, supported, and challenged in the right ways—and that’s exactly what we strive to provide every day.
Sarah Jett
Educational Facilitator
Sarah Jett is an Educational Facilitator at Guided Growth who works closely with students to strengthen both their academic skills and overall confidence as learners.
She brings several years of experience working with TK through elementary students across diverse learning profiles. Sarah holds a Master’s in Education and has Montessori training, along with a strong understanding of both California Department of Education and Oregon Department of Education standards, as well as experience implementing a variety of curricula.
Sarah is especially passionate about supporting students who feel frustrated or discouraged, helping them rebuild confidence and re-engage with learning through structured, supportive instruction. She believes that every student learns differently and prioritizes creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, taking risks, and developing new skills.
Using Guided Growth’s research-based, data-driven approach, Sarah delivers targeted instruction while incorporating engaging, student-centered strategies to build strong foundational skills. Known for her patience and adaptability, Sarah continuously monitors student progress during sessions and adjusts instruction in real time to ensure each student remains engaged and supported.
Outside of her work, Sarah enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her pets.
